Responsibilities:

• Great control and command on visual design aesthetics and principles.

• Work closely with designers, developers, peers and users to dive deeply into user journeys to identify problems, and co-create requirements and design plans.

• Create overall concepts for the user experience ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers

• Proficiency with web standards and accessibility compliance.

• Utilise your knowledge of responsive design to account for various screen sizes

• Develop style guides so that each product design adheres to its own look and feel throughout theproject process

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design

• Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.

• Proficient with visual design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces

• Experience in creating storyboards and site mapping

• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimise data for the best possible outcome

• Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology
