Roles And Responsibility :

• Passion for sales and prior experience in sales B2B and B2C with proven results.

• Preferable real estate sales, Interior design institutional sales.

• Source and work customer referrals, Employee referrals.

• Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.

• Make effective sales pitch/presentation, in terms of idea and use of tools like Excel and PowerPoint.

• Quick on the feet attitude.

• Good communication skills, written and oral.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• High-level focus on achieving targets and ability to work under pressure.

• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements.

• Working with various internal teams to meet and deliver the client's requirements.

• Be the single point of contact for the client till project conversion and report progress to seniors periodically.

• Raising estimates/quotations for clients based on customization.

• Monitoring the effectiveness of service delivery and campaigns (if any).

• Arranging and attending meetings with clients within an office or outside of the office.

• Taking client's on-site visits to showcase the company's work.

• Liase closely with the design and projects team.

• Participating in marketing initiatives if required.

• Should have worked with ABID.

• Should have experience in Furniture, Interior or Building Material Industry.
