The candidate should have 5-10 years of industry experience with at least three years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick). The CPQ Specialist will be responsible for building a team of CPQ resources and working on projects for gathering requirements, designing the business solutions and implementing/integrating designs to execute projects in a timely fashion.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build high-performance team for Salesforce CPQ practice

• Facilitate business process reviews to identify client requirements and processes.

• Translate client requirements into Salesforce CPQ design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development

• Configure Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud solutions

• Hands-on configuration with custom Flow, Process Builder, workflows, dashboards, reports

• Effectively manage all aspects of projects and client communications.

• Deliver Internal training and provide coaching

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing a Quote-to-Cash application, including CPQ and Contract Management with 3+ years of exp in Salesforce CPQ (Setting up product rules, pricing rules)

• Hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of all aspects of Salesforce CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) expertise

• Must have SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Model

• A deep understanding of Salesforce administration required

• Refined ability to understand and assess how business processes can be improved using Salesforce.

• Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

• Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines at once
