Responsibilities

• Responsible for verifying, testing, and identifying issues in the developed code within the standards, guidelines, and requirements.

• Work with device testing like mobile, iPad, etc.

• Work with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and other team members as appropriate.

• Understand and utilize the tools and technologies being used like TFS, Postman, etc.

• Work with the SMEs to understand the requirement as and when appropriate.

• Work with BA /TL to keep on track with the testing plan, and timeline.

• Work with the Development team to understand the programming, tracking, and other requirements.

• Coordinate with the other QA team members to test the product.

• Work with the Project team to convey the test results.

Required Skills

• Preparation of detailed test cases for all levels of testing - Unit, Sanity, Smoke, Regression, UAT.

• Execution of test cases.

• Bug reporting with all the required details and tracking on this from Open to Closure.

• User stories testing.

• Smoke and Sanity testing.

• Accessibility Verification Testing (AVT).

• Regression testing.

• UAT testing as per client expectations.

• Testing for various Platforms / Devices.

• Testing for Various Browsers.

• Mobile: Android, iOS Tablets, and Phones.

• Experience in testing SaaS products will be a very distinct advantage.

• Understanding of APIs structure, methods, environment etc.
