Duties And Responsibility : 

• Setting up & acting of new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.

• Regular meetings with current active Channel Partners and ensuring business flow continuation.

• Designing incremental sales schemes for Channel Partner.

• Keeping an appropriate market survey analysis to help understand the market trend and assist Channel Partner activation.

• Maintaining proper database records of all the Channel Partners interacted across all zones.

• Should be able to source Channel Partners via various mediums and keep a pre-sourced database of the same.

• Maintaining all channel partner visit reports taking timely feedback from the closing Manager and sharing with the channel partner.

• Giving feedback to channel partners on their visit quality and product training if required.

• Keeping follow-up track of channel partner commission/ Brokerage and ensuring invoice raised on as per timeline and payment to be released.

• Any Graduate.

• Candidates should have sales knowledge from a real estate background.
