Roles & Responsibilities :
To meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.
To do cold calling on students' database and increase footfalls/visits to the center.
To be a first touch point in providing information about courses to all incoming inquiries.
Generated through the website and digital marketing.
The person will be responsible for selling digital marketing courses offered and achieving his monthly & quarterly targets.
Counsel students and parents enquiring about our courses and convert maximum inquiries to admissions.
Handle walk-in inquiries and provide them with course details.
Schedule maximum demo lectures and convert them to admissions.
Ensure timely collections of fees as per fee schedule from Students.
Monitor class schedules to ensure the smooth running of classes.
Taking regular feedback from students on lectures and handling student queries.
Skills Required :
Relevant sales/counseling experience working in the Education Sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Candidate must be an MBA marketing.
Only female candidates are preferred.
Candidates should be from the central line of Mumbai for the Ghatkopar branch and for the Vashi branch from Harbour or Trans harbor line.
The candidate will be working from the Ghatkopar branch, but have to travel to the Vashi branch if required.
Very good communication skills.
It is an inside sales profile, with no field sales.
