Job Description

HR Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with the team to understand the resource requirement.

  • Posting the job requirements on different portals and emailing the JD to consultancies.

  • Calling the candidates and scheduling them for an interview.

  • Conducting tests for fresher candidates and Group Discussions.

  • Conducting telephonic discussions and processing candidates for Joining.

  • Coordinating with the Finance team and assisting them.

ADMIN Responsibilities:

  • Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.

  • Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation.

  • Handling the Office maintenance activities.

  • Tracking and maintaining the documents and renewals of any AMC policies.

  • Assisting the finance team with invoices and bill maintenance.

  • Basic Finance knowledge is required.

  • Immediate joiners

  • Experience 1+years in the relevant field.

  • Preferably a Female candidate.

  • Any graduates, preferably B.com. MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
