Job Description
HR Responsibilities:
Coordinating with the team to understand the resource requirement.
Posting the job requirements on different portals and emailing the JD to consultancies.
Calling the candidates and scheduling them for an interview.
Conducting tests for fresher candidates and Group Discussions.
Conducting telephonic discussions and processing candidates for Joining.
Coordinating with the Finance team and assisting them.
ADMIN Responsibilities:
Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation.
Handling the Office maintenance activities.
Tracking and maintaining the documents and renewals of any AMC policies.
Assisting the finance team with invoices and bill maintenance.
Basic Finance knowledge is required.
Immediate joiners
Experience 2+years in the relevant field.
Preferably a male candidate.
Any graduates, preferably B.com. MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
