Recruit and train personnel.
Should have experience in onboarding, orientation and exit formalities.
Update internal databases with new hire information.
Oversee facilities services and maintenance.
Administer HR policies and procedures and periodic updates to employee handbook.
Managing the payroll function.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material.
Audits/processes travel expense claims.
Monitors expenditures, processes payment requests for reimbursement
Handles event planning for meetings, professional development, and other department initiatives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related business field.
3+ years experience in a human resources supervisory position.
Comprehensive understanding of local, state and federal employment laws.
Good interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
Job location: Chakan.
