Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Recruit and train personnel.

  • Should have experience in onboarding, orientation and exit formalities.

  • Update internal databases with new hire information.

  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance.

  • Administer HR policies and procedures and periodic updates to employee handbook.

  • Managing the payroll function.

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material.

  • Audits/processes travel expense claims.

  • Monitors expenditures, processes payment requests for reimbursement

  • Handles event planning for meetings, professional development, and other department initiatives.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related business field.

  • 3+ years experience in a human resources supervisory position.

  • Comprehensive understanding of local, state and federal employment laws.

  • Good interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Job location: Chakan.
