Works as an incharge of all front office operations.
Attends incoming and outgoing calls and transfers calls to concerned person.
Looks after dispatching courier mails and keeps a record of them; fax documents when required.
Handling Pre Meeting Requisites - Documents, maintain the coordination of ID and other visitor's cards.
Distributes inward documents received and is responsible for the payments of bills.
Provides support to the HR department, drafts & sends emails when required.
Supports all office activities.
Booking on Conference / Meeting room availability in advance.
Sending faxes and emails and Managing mailing or distribution lists as needed.
Transportation arrangements for the client.
Maintains office stock record.
Skills Required :
Should have good communication.
Should have a pleasing personality.
Good Communication skills.
Good in Marathi & English speaking, typing & to handle phone calls.
Good written English for email.
Good Knowledge of MS office, and PowerPoint, Presentations.
Good Knowledge of Mathematical Formulae in MS excel.
Good personality for taking reporting on Director's behalf.
