Job Description

  • Liaise with the sales team in order to understand customers' needs and expectations & deliver a smooth shipping experience.

  • Liaise with vendors i.e shipping line, agents, CHA, etc to ensure timely service delivery to customers.

  • One point contact for all account-related escalations.

  • Ensure customer quotations are available, new inquiries are attended & all price procurement is done properly.

  • The document, investigate, and resolve customer concerns in a timely fashion.

  • Ensure all invoices are billed & outstanding reminders are made to customers in a timely fashion.

  • Ensure that the system is updated with all shipment-related updates and guide the customer to check the status online.

  • Follow policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure compliance with transport regulations.

  • Review work Instructions periodically and update as required to reflect changes and ensure compliance.

  • Liner Coordination - For competitive rates & special rate filing to secure the business.

  • Tracking Shipments & Updating Clients.

Candidate should have customer service experience in Freight forwarding Industry.
