Liaise with the sales team in order to understand customers' needs and expectations & deliver a smooth shipping experience.
Liaise with vendors i.e shipping line, agents, CHA, etc to ensure timely service delivery to customers.
One point contact for all account-related escalations.
Ensure customer quotations are available, new inquiries are attended & all price procurement is done properly.
The document, investigate, and resolve customer concerns in a timely fashion.
Ensure all invoices are billed & outstanding reminders are made to customers in a timely fashion.
Ensure that the system is updated with all shipment-related updates and guide the customer to check the status online.
Follow policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
Review work Instructions periodically and update as required to reflect changes and ensure compliance.
Liner Coordination - For competitive rates & special rate filing to secure the business.
Tracking Shipments & Updating Clients.
Candidate should have customer service experience in Freight forwarding Industry.
