Job Description

Duties :

  • Should handle the concerns of customers & requirement by creating support & co-ordination between Sales Rep & Customer.

  • Handling Collection of monthly installments and dues from the clients. (Demands, Reminders, Penal Notice and Terminations)

  • Monitoring collection for all the projects.

  • Handling Payment Receipt, Allotment Letter, Builder Buyer Agreement Generation Possession Related Formalities.

  • Monitors loan repayment activities and takes necessary action to collect from past-due account.

  • Manage all written & verbal communication with customers (after booking of unit until hand over).

  • Interpersonal coordination with various departments like accounts, marketing, and admin daily basis as per the various needs in the interest of the customer.

  • Handled Possession & Registry of Flat buyers.

  • Issuance of Welcome Letters, Demand Letters, Cancellations, TPA, PTM, Endorsements via 4QT etc.

  • Taking care of Collection department & Loan sanction, Disbursement from Bank.

  • Preparing MIS reports.
