Rols And Responsibility :
Forecast and achieve monthly Sales targets.
Prospecting, identifying, and generating new business.
Make daily Sales Calls / Presentations and achieve monthly Sales Revenue / Targets.
Handle Walk-in Prospects.
Handle Sales enquires on Site.
Handle Channel Partners on Site.
Lead generation through timely follow-ups.
Participating in negotiations and bringing deals to a closure.
Responsible for Revenue and collection.
Taking Prospects for site visits and answering all relevant queries in the process
Converting Prospects into customers by showcasing the appropriate property to the prospects, which matches the investment need of the Prospects.
Providing after-sales services and assistance in Home Loans for the customers
Responding to requests for information in a timely manner.
Using leads generated by Marketing Team as well as generating self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities, etc.).
Proposing and implementing Sales promotion activities for the Project.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and ensure proper end-to-end client servicing.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify the target market gathering data on the same.
Making Plan of action and maintaining accurate Sales Reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).
Well versed with MS Office tools for making client level presentations and reports
Experience in Direct Sales.
Experience from Real Estate Industry is Mandatory.
Good Communication Skills.
Ability to understand requirement of Prospects and give accurate solutions to the Prospects.
High level of Passion and Ownership.
