Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees the ongoing operations of the Indian Subsidiary.
Formulate a strategy to facilitate the offline and online sales growth plans.
Oversees employment decisions at the executive level of the company and builds a team to facilitate the growth plans of the Company.
Leads a team of executives to consider major decisions in close cooperation with the headquarters in the UK.
Works with the leadership team to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.
Presents regular reports on the status of the company operations to the Group.
Oversees the organization's financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the company.
Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company's objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
Ensures the company complies with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision
Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.
Strong commercial and/or sales acumen
Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Extensive professional experience in leadership roles.
Qualifications and experience
A Graduate from a top 20 University.
10 years plus experience in the Health & Beauty Sector.
Proven track record of growing a new brand within India.
Experience off rapid expansion across retail outlets as well as online E-commerce.
