Roles And Responsibilities :
Work closely with Global leadership on geo-specific hiring.
Plan recruitment strategy.
Track hiring requirements and ensure the best interviewing and evaluation is applied as per organization, requirements to select the best fitment.
Ensuring the right JD and competencies are charted out in discussion with HODs for the role.
Managed the end-to-end talent acquisition across levels (mid to leadership hiring).
Leverage market intelligence and industry trends, including target companies to build a candidate pool - for future hires.
Analyze the HR metrics to regulate sourcing effectiveness based on recruitment channels, sourcing channels, and time to fill analysis.
Adhered to TAT for position closure, reduction of recruitment cost, and improving the candidate experience by revamping the hiring methods.
Excellent English communication skills and presentable.
Can-do attitude and passion for networking and recruitment.
Desired Candidate:
Experience in Talent Acquisition of at least 7+ years in lateral, bulk, and campus hiring.
Experience in Lateral / leadership hiring is preferred.
Should be logical and should be good for rapport building.
Able to join within 30 days only.
Qualification required MBA in HR full-time.
