Roles & Responsibilities :

  • To meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.

  • To be a first touch point in providing information about courses to all incoming enquiries generated through website and digital marketing.

  • The person will be responsible to sell digital marketing courses offered by the institution and achieve his monthly & quarterly targets.

  • Work on warm leads and convert them into prospective admissions

  • Handle walk-in enquiries and provide them with course details

  • Counsel students and parents enquiring about our courses and convert maximum enquiries to admissions

  • Schedule maximum demo lectures and convert them to admissions Ensure timely collections of fees as per fee schedule from Students

  • Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.

  • Handle student grievances and escalations if any

Skills Required :

  • Relevant sales/counselling experience working in the Education Sector.

  • Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills.

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

  • Only female candidates are preferred.
