Roles & Responsibilities :
To meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.
To be a first touch point in providing information about courses to all incoming enquiries generated through website and digital marketing.
The person will be responsible to sell digital marketing courses offered by the institution and achieve his monthly & quarterly targets.
Work on warm leads and convert them into prospective admissions
Handle walk-in enquiries and provide them with course details
Counsel students and parents enquiring about our courses and convert maximum enquiries to admissions
Schedule maximum demo lectures and convert them to admissions Ensure timely collections of fees as per fee schedule from Students
Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.
Handle student grievances and escalations if any
Skills Required :
Relevant sales/counselling experience working in the Education Sector.
Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Only female candidates are preferred.
